Owned and operated by Pikeville native Chef Matt Corbin, a boy who came back home to Appalachia after graduating from Sullivan University’s culinary program, The Blue Raven offers pub food with panache. Features seasonal and local ingredients, a la carte menu including small plates and entrees. Daily specials reflect the seasons and our local foodways a twist of Appalachia and Southern comfort eats.
